El sistema de diagnóstico es una herramienta para determinar el nivel del idioma ruso de todas las categorías de niños que estudian en diferentes tipos de Escuelas rusas en el extranjero. Al mismo tiempo, puede servir como instrumento para evaluar la calidad de cualquier desempeño escolar en la enseñanza de idiomas y aprendizaje. Una gran ventaja de este sistema radica en su correlación con la edad y las habilidades psicofisiológicas de los niños, con el nivel de sus habilidades de lenguaje, habla y educación general (en relación con las habilidades de sus semejantes de habla rusa en la Federación de Rusia).
También coincide con “El portafolio del lenguaje”, que permite obtener las características aceptables en la mayoría de los paises del mundo.
El manual es adecuado tanto para las escuelas de educación extraescolar como para las escuelas con una lengua extranjera rusa como asignatura académica.

The diagnostic system is a tool for determining level of the Russian language proficiency for all categories of children studying at different types of the Russian schools abroad. At the same time, it may serve as an instrument to assess the quality of any school performance in the language teaching andlearning. A great advantage of this system lies in its correlation with the age and the psycho-physiological abilities of children, with the level of their language, speech and general educational skills (in relation to the skills of their Russian-speaking peers in the Russian Federation). It also matches the “Language portfolio of students”, which allows oneself to obtain the characteristics acceptable in the most countries of the world.
The didactic manual is suitable for both the schools of the additional education and the schools with a foreign Russian language as an academic subject.
